The Annual General Meeting of The Community Arts Council of Richmond was held on Friday December 2nd at the Music division of the Arts Connection at the corner of Steveston Hwy and No. 1 Road.
Due to a busy schedule Marcy Johnson stepped down from her position of Vice President but remained as a director and director Klaas Focker accepted the Vice President position.
Events of the past year were discussed in the presidents report as was the fiscal year end financial report. Following the meeting a discussion was held which covered our grant applications and the many events and exhibitions that they will fund, IF we are successful in our applications.
Those in attendance received door prizes, coffee and cookies were served, questions answered and all necessary mattered attended to. All in all it was a very good Annual General Meeting.
