Bill has served on Richmond City Council since 1993. He was a teacher and counselor for many years at Magee Secondary.
He is a life member of the Richmond Sports Council, Richmond Lawn Bowling and Arts Coalition.
He was recently made an honourary member of the Community Arts Council of Richmond for all of the support and encouragement he has given to us.
He is on the senate of UBC, and many other boards. He is involved in a number of committees in regards to city council and other Richmond associations. In short, he cares, he is very busy and works hard for the citizens of Richmond.
His most recent Book "Steveston-A Community History" is available for sale at the Steveston Community Centre with proceeds going to the tsunami relief effort in Japan.
